Under the action of the guard plate and the mold head, the enamelled wire passes through the stator slot gap from the guard plate, moves back and forth with the mold tongue in a circle, and winds in order in the stator slot. After winding a slot, there will be wire passing. Then, start winding the next slot according to the specified procedure. The next slot is not necessarily a slot next to it. It is generally for pole pairing, like brushless motor products, There will be corresponding winding. Of course, different products have different wiring methods. Generally speaking, the speed of this winding method can reach more than 2000RMP, and some can also reach 5000RPM, so the winding speed is relatively fast and the production efficiency is relatively high.
